Wellness Massages
Our wellness massages stimulate tissue, promote blood circulation and above all serve to relax the entire body. They are carried out either with fragrant aromatic oils, warm stones or warm moor stamps. Special wellness massages that serve to deeply relax are the Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage and the Indian Ayurveda massage. They are carried out with warm coconut or warm sesame oil. With the wellness massages, only a light pressure is exerted on the muscles. They can be booked as a back and leg massage or as a full body massage.

Peeling & Packs
Pure sea salt and rich almond oil or aromatic oil result in a very intensive, cleansing and long-lasting caring full-body peeling. This is a good preparation for a subsequent massage or a nourishing body wrap.
Choose between powdered green algae with a high mineral content, mixed with essential oils that stimulate the metabolism, have a detoxifying and remineralizing effect on the whole body, or the intensive honey pack that supplies the body with nutrients and vitamins. Honey is a natural emollient and gives you a feeling of freshness and softness. Particularly recommended for dry, sensitive skin.

What would an adequate fitness studio be without its retreat area. We don’t just offer you a common sauna, but a small sauna area in the middle of the city of Osnabrueck. Small and fine, high-quality natural materials and rooms that have been designed with great attention to detail characterize our oncept. We offer our guests a high-quality health and wellness area, in this constellation and size, we have a unique selling point in the entire region. In the center of our wellness area is an adventure pool with a waterfall and countercurrent system as well as a Finnish sauna (90 degrees) and a bio sauna (60 degrees). After the sauna, a rainforest or flood shower and a heated footbath area, which is lovingly designed with glass mosaic stones, invite you to relax. The use of natural materials such as birch and alder wood as well as stone, slate and glass in the design of the floors and wall cladding in the spa area underline the high-quality character of the facility and convey a noble overall impression.
