What would an adequate fitness studio be without its retreat? We don't just offer you a normal sauna, but a small sauna landscape in the middle of the city of Osnabrück. Small and fine, high-quality natural materials and rooms that have been designed with great attention to detail characterize the new concept. With the reorientation, we have invested in the quality and expansion of a high-quality health and wellness offer for our guests. In this constellation and size, our hotel has a unique selling point in the entire region of Osnabrück.

At the heart of the new wellness area is an adventure pool with waterfall and counter-current system as well as a Finnish sauna (90°C) and a bio sauna (60°C). After the sauna, a rainforest or waterfall shower and a heated footbath zone, lovingly decorated with glass mosaic stones, invite you to relax. The use of natural materials such as birch and alder wood as well as stone, slate and glass in the design of the floors and wall cladding in the spa area underline the high-quality character of the facility and create a sophisticated overall impression.

Massages

Our wellness massages stimulate the tissue, improve circulation and, above all, relax the whole body. They can be performed with fragrant aromatic oils, warm stones or warm peat stamps. Special wellness massages that promote deep relaxation are the Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage and the Indian Ayurveda massage. They are performed with warm coconut oil or warm sesame oil. In wellness massages, only light pressure is applied to the muscles.

Peelings & packs

Pure sea salt and rich almond oil or aromatic oil create a very intensive, cleansing and nourishing full-body scrub. This is a good preparation for a subsequent massage or a nourishing body wrap.

Choose between powdered green algae with a high mineral content, mixed with essential oils that stimulate the metabolism and have a detoxifying and remineralizing effect on the whole body, or the intensive honey wrap that supplies the body with nutrients and vitamins. Honey is a natural emollient and gives you a feeling of freshness and suppleness. Especially recommended for dry, sensitive skin.

Kaiser tub

Enjoy a wonderful bubble bath alone or as a couple in our copper bath (30 min.). Available as a sea salt bath, rose petal bath, honey-milk bath, Caribbean bath or muscle relax bath.

Bachelorette party

A bachelorette party traditionally involves a lot of alcohol, embarrassing games in which the bride-to-be more or less makes a fool of herself, funny outfits and, of course, the famous hawker's tray. But understandably, not every bachelorette wants to celebrate a classic bachelorette party like this. So if your bride-to-be explicitly decides against a “vendor's tray task” hen party, then we look forward to welcoming you to the Hohenzollern Sport + Wellness Club.
